The website helvetiamed.ro is operated by HELVETIA PSIHOMEDICAL CENTER S.R.L., tax ID 49792833, Str. Laloșu nr. 3, bl. 3A, sc. A, ap. 4, Sector 4, București, Romania. By using the website you accept the terms below.

What this website is and is not

The website presents the clinic’s services, team and locations, and informative articles about mental health. The information on the website, including the blog articles, is for general information and does not replace a medical consultation, a diagnosis or a treatment. If you have a health problem, see a doctor. In an emergency, call 112.

Appointments

The appointment form is a request, not a booking. An appointment exists only after we call you and confirm together the time, the specialist and the location. You can cancel or move a confirmed appointment by letting us know at least 24 hours in advance; below that notice, the session counts as delivered, because the time stayed reserved for you.

Fees and payment

The psychiatric consultation, the psychological assessment and psychotherapy are covered by the Romanian health insurance fund (CAS) with a referral, subject to the places available under the clinic’s contract. Private fees are displayed at the clinic reception and communicated when you book. Payment is made at the end of the session, in cash or by card, and the clinic issues an invoice.

Content and copyright

The texts, photographs and graphics on the website belong to the clinic or are used with the authors’ permission. You may quote them with attribution; full reproduction or commercial use requires our written consent.

Liability

We make efforts to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is complete at any given moment. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the website content, without a consultation. Links to other websites are provided for information; we are not responsible for their content.

Personal data

How we process your data is described in the Privacy policy.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We try to settle any disagreement amicably; if that fails, the courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction. As a consumer of services you may also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC), including through alternative dispute resolution: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here, with the date of the update.
