Services · Fees

Everything you
need to know
beforehand.

Below you will find what each service involves and how to access it: with a referral or directly, privately. Fees are displayed at the clinic reception.

How it works

The first session, step by step

Most people put it off not because of the cost, but because they do not know what to expect. Here is exactly what happens.

  1. 01

You call us, or we get in touch

You tell us briefly what brings you here. You do not need the right words.

  2. 02

We tell you who to start with

Physical symptoms and a need for treatment → psychiatrist. You want to work on what is troubling you → psychologist. We explain why, then choose a time.

  3. 03

    We talk, without rushing

An open conversation. No long forms, no labels attached from the start.

  4. 04

    You decide what comes next

We propose a plan. You continue, think it over or stop, as you feel.

How you pay

Two paths, the same care

The consultation can be covered by the national health insurance (CAS) or paid directly. What differs is the path to us, not what you receive once you are here.

Covered by CAS

With a referral

If you have a referral from your family doctor or another specialist, the psychiatric consultation, the psychological assessment and psychotherapy are covered by the health insurance fund. You pay nothing, subject to availability.

  • Referral from your family doctor or another specialist
  • Psychiatric consultation, psychological assessment and psychotherapy
  • Appointments within the places available under the CAS contract
How to get a referral
Direct access

Without a referral, privately

No referral, or you would rather not go through your family doctor? Book directly, usually within the same week, at the fees displayed at reception.

  • No referral and no waiting list
  • The same specialist at every session
  • In the clinic or online, whichever suits you

What we do

Our services,
in detail

Eight areas, each with what it means in practice, so you know beforehand what happens in a session, not just what the service is called.

Clinical psychiatry

Medical assessment, diagnosis and treatment, with close monitoring, not a prescription in a hurry.

  1. Initial psychiatric consultation

A thorough conversation about what you are experiencing, since when and in what context. Together we establish whether you need medication, psychotherapy or both.

  2. Diagnosis and treatment plan

We give things their correct name and explain what it means. The plan is written down, with goals and timelines, so you know what to expect.

  3. Medication monitoring

Regular reviews: what works, what side effects appear, what we adjust. The right dose is found over time, not at the first attempt.

  4. Medical letters and prescriptions

Documents for your family doctor, your employer or medical boards, issued correctly and on time.

Psychological testing and assessment

Standardised tools that turn "I don't know what is wrong with me" into a clear, written answer.

  1. Complete clinical assessment

A structured interview plus validated tests. The result is a report you can use further, not an opinion.

  2. Psychodiagnosis

When symptoms overlap (anxiety on top of depression, trauma on top of a sleep disorder), we clarify what is cause and what is consequence.

  3. Cognitive and memory assessment

For suspected cognitive decline or dementia: we test memory, attention and executive functions and compare them with age norms.

  4. Psychological reports and certificates

For employment files, driving licences, firearms permits, adoption or medical boards, meeting the legal requirements of form.

Individual psychotherapy

In-depth work, at your own pace, with evidence-based methods.

  1. Therapy for anxiety and panic attacks

You learn to recognise the pattern before it sweeps you away and to interrupt it. With practical exercises, not just talk.

  2. Therapy for depression

We gradually recover the things that give the day meaning and work on the thoughts that keep the state going.

  3. Trauma and difficult events

A gradual approach, at a safe pace: you relive nothing you are not ready for.

  4. Burnout and professional exhaustion

We rebuild boundaries and energy, including the uncomfortable part: what actually has to change in your life.

Couples and family

When the problem is not one person's, but the way you meet each other.

  1. Couples therapy

For conflicts that keep repeating, growing apart or lost trust. We take nobody's side: we work on the pattern between you.

  2. Family counselling

When the tension involves more than two people: parents, adult children, extended families.

  3. Support for parents

How to stay a present parent when your own balance is fragile, or how to support a child who is going through difficulties.

Psychological services for adults and children

Counselling and psychological intervention adapted to age: different with an adult, different with a child or a teenager.

  1. Psychological counselling for adults

For difficult periods that do not necessarily call for long-term therapy: a change, a loss, a hard decision. A few meetings, with a clear goal.

  2. Assessment and intervention for children and teenagers

Anxiety, adjustment difficulties, behavioural or emotional problems. We work through play and conversation, at the child's level, with the parents alongside.

  3. School and attention difficulties

We assess what lies behind poor results or inattention and build a plan together with the family and, if needed, the school.

  4. Career counselling

For teenagers and young people who do not know which path to choose: assessment of interests and aptitudes, then concrete options, not general advice.

Psycho-oncology

A cancer diagnosis changes everything, not just the body. Support for the patient and for those around them, at every stage.

  1. Support at the time of diagnosis

The first weeks are the hardest: fear, confusion, medical decisions made under pressure. We help you get through them with a clear mind.

  2. Accompaniment during treatment

Chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery bring anxiety, exhaustion and sometimes depression. We work on them alongside the cancer treatment, in collaboration with your doctor.

  3. Life after treatment

Fear of recurrence, returning to work, the relationship with your own body. The stage that is talked about least and often needs the most support.

  4. Support for family and carers

Those who care for others need, in turn, a place to talk. Individual sessions or together with the patient.

Group therapy

Small groups, led by a psychotherapist, where you work on a shared theme alongside people going through something similar.

  1. Anxiety group

You learn to recognise and interrupt the mechanism of anxiety, with practical exercises. Hearing others describe exactly what you feel often changes more than any explanation.

  2. Self-esteem group

We work on the inner critical voice, on boundaries and on how you ask for what you need. The group is where you practise safely, before taking it into everyday life.

  3. Relationships group

Patterns that keep repeating in relationships: dependence, avoidance, conflicts with no way out. You see how others perceive you and get feedback friends rarely give.

  4. Support group for carers

For those caring for someone close with a mental or oncological illness. A place where you can say the hard part too, without feeling guilty.

Online consultations

The same care, from anywhere. Useful if your schedule is unpredictable or you live far away.

  1. Online psychiatric consultation

Assessment and monitoring via secure video. The prescription arrives electronically, valid at any pharmacy.

  2. Online psychotherapy

The same methods, the same therapist at every session. For many people it is actually easier to talk from home.

  3. Counselling for Romanians abroad

In Romanian, at hours adapted to your time zone.

Fees

What it costs
and how you pay

The full list of fees is displayed at the clinic reception. The fee depends on the specialist and the type of consultation, and when you book we tell you exactly what your session costs, before you come.

Private

You book directly, without a referral. You pay at the end of the session, cash or card, and receive an invoice.

Free, with a referral

The psychiatric consultation, the psychological assessment and psychotherapy are covered by CAS, subject to availability. You get the referral from your family doctor or another specialist.

Questions

What we get asked most often

How do I get a referral?

From your family doctor or any specialist, at a regular consultation: tell them you want a psychiatric consultation, a psychological assessment or psychotherapy. Bring the referral to the first session and we take care of the rest. Without a referral, you can book privately at any time.

What if I do not feel a good fit with the therapist?

You tell us, without any awkwardness. It is a normal and frequent situation. We suggest another specialist or, if more appropriate, recommend a colleague outside the clinic. The fit matters more than loyalty to us.

Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Yes. Let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we reschedule at no cost. Under 24 hours, the session counts as delivered, because the time stays reserved for you.

How do I pay?

Cash or card, at the end of the session. We issue an invoice, useful if you have private medical insurance or want reimbursement from your employer.

Do I have to commit to a minimum number of sessions?

No. You can stop at any time, without explanations. Packages are an option for those who already know they want continuity, not a commitment we require.

What do I bring to the first session?

Just yourself. If you have a referral, medical letters or recent test results, bring them, but they are not required to start.

You've seen what we offer.
Ask us the rest.

You do not have to book just because you called. We answer questions about referrals, insurance cover or which specialist would suit you. You decide afterwards.
